kelsy karter’s early performance.
Her New album Missing person is now out and as the old adage goes it’s all killer no filler. From the videos below it was quite evident that she was going to be a big star.

Before the launch of her new album and fame hit she played a small pub in the Derby in the UK. Kelsy was on tour supporting The Struts on the Young and Dangerous tour.

Half way through the UK leg of the tour the band took time out to visit one of Adam Slack’s (The Struts guitarist) local pubs, The Dog and Moon. The pub used to host open mic nights hosted by local signer song writer Emma Buckley. Adam used to be part of this local music scene before finding fame with The Struts.

Kelsy brought along her band with The Struts Road Crew, that night saw some amazing performances from Kelsy, the crew and Adam Slack.

We have now found some footage from that night.

kelsy karter first came on the scene early 2019 when over night everyone knew who she was, she was the girl with the Harry Styles face tattoo.

A genius move that gained her worldwide publicity. The second news story reveled it was a fake, but the job was done, Kelsey had arrived.

In the same year she supported The Struts on the Young and Dangerous tour. I had the pleasure of seeing her live at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire London. Kelsy and her band (including ex Struts bass player Tommy Gent) got the crowed warmed up with an amazing set.

Since then she has been touring with boyfriend Adam Slack, the guitarist from The Struts. This and the lock down have given her the perfect opportunity to write the new album with a little help from Adam.

Fast forward to now and she’s back with a great new single “Love Me Or Hate Me”and her debut album is just around the corner. She seems to have really found her own style on the new songs, which could be described as a post punk with a take no shit kind of attitude, and it works.

The new songs jump out at you and won’t let go, with catchy riffs that will have them stuck in your head for days. Watch this space Kelsy Karter is coming to take over the world.
